How to make
Put a pot of water on the heat and add salt and black pepper to it.
When the water boils, add the chicken livers and blanch them, between 3 and 5 minutes.
Strain the water from the livers and roll them in flour.
Prepare the breading by beating the eggs, cooking cream and vegetable seasoning in a bowl.
Gradually add the flour and mix well so that you get the right breading mixture.
Take the floured chicken livers one by one, dip them in the breading and drop them in hot oil.
When the breaded chicken livers are golden, remove them with a slotted spoon onto kitchen paper to absorb the fat.
Thus prepared, these breaded chicken livers are an ideal appetizer for any drink and especially a suitable beer appetizer.
