The mushrooms are cleaned, washed, the larger ones are cut into two or three, and the smaller ones are left whole.
Heat the butter in a saucepan and stew the carrots, black pepper and mushrooms until soft.
Add the flour, mix well so that there are no lumps, add the salt and rice, pour the broth, 2 cups of water, lemon juice and ginger.
The mushroom soup is boiled until the rice is ready on low heat and if necessary, more hot water is added.
Finally, the Clear Fairy Ring Mushroom Soup is sprinkled with parsley.
