How to make
Roll out the dough and cover the bottom and sides of greased oven dish with it, having a diameter of about 10 1/2″ (27 cm). Remove any excess dough with a sharp knife.
Slice the tomatoes and zucchini into thin round slices. Begin to arrange them from the center toward the edges. First arrange the tomato slices, then the zucchini ones. Season with a pinch of oregano. Mix the cream with the whisked eggs. Add salt, black pepper and a little more oregano and stir.
Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven with a fan. The time for baking is 20 minutes.
Serve warm, with a salad of your choice.
