How to make
Washed and peeled zucchini is cut into cubes and celery leaves are coarsely chopped. In a pan, pour half a cup of oil, clean and finely chopped onions, which are fried on low heat, stirring constantly.
Once the onions are browned, add the zucchini. Stir and add the celery, vinegar and a pinch of salt. Allow to stay on the heat for 10 minutes with a lid and stir occasionally.
Then add chopped tomatoes. After about 10 minutes, add milk and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring gently.
