How to make
In a pot, fry the finely chopped onion in preheated oil. Crumble 1 chicken broth cube. Add the cleaned from their skins and chopped tomatoes and 2/3 cup (150 g) corn.
Once the soup is warmed a little, transfer to a blender. Blend it and then return it back to the pot. Add the tomato salsa (mashed tomatoes), the remaining corn and stir the soup.
Bring to boiling point and take off the heat. Optionally, season with ground black pepper and cayenne pepper.
