How to make
Heat the oil and fry the onion, then subsequently fry the carrot and garlic over low heat. Add the sugar and tomato paste. Stir and allow to cook for about 3 minutes.
Then top up the hot vegetable broth and add all the spices without salt. Allow the tomato soup to boil for 15 minutes. Optionally, mash it after that, then salt and sprinkle it with fresh parsley.
Serve with a spoon of sour cream.
