Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g) melted
  • yogurt - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sugar - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • flour - 4.1 oz (115 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • confectionery paint
  • confectionery cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mascarpone - 7 oz (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3 tsp. or to taste

How to make

In a bowl, mix the egg, butter, yogurt and sugar.

Add the red confectionery paint and mix.

Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder, pour them into the liquid ingredients and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Place paper muffin cups in the muffin tins and distribute the batter.

Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes.

Whip the confectionery cream, towards the end of the whipping, add the powdered sugar and the mascarpone (if desired, add the confectionery paint).

Cover the cupcakes with mascarpone cream.
