How to make
Pour 2 tbsp. oil in a deep pot with a lid, drop 2-3 corn kernels to try and place on the stove.
When the kernels pop, add the remaining amount of corn. Keep the pot tightly covered at all times. Shake constantly to prevent the popcorn from burning.
Prepare the spice mixes in two separate deep bowls. In one, mix the curry, turmeric, cumin, garlic powder and 1 tsp. salt
In the other - smoked paprika and 1 tsp. salt
Roll half the popcorn in one spice mix and the other half in the other. Season with salt and serve.
