Ingredients

  • sour cream - 8 - 9 tbsp. heaped
  • cream - 4 - 5 tbsp. thick, cooking
  • lemons - 1/2 pcs.
  • lemongrass - 1/2 tsp. (powdered)
  • coriander - 1 tsp. dried leaves
  • parsley - 1 tsp. dried leaves
  • dill - 1/2 tsp. dried
  • garlic - 2 pinches, dried
  • salt - to taste

How to make

For this delicious dip, place both types of cream and salt in a bowl. Beat with a wire whisk.

Add the garlic powder, lemongrass, coriander, parsley and dill. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

Beat again until a fluffy and homogeneous mixture is obtained.

The resulting creamy dip with spices can be served with tempura vegetables, raw vegetable sticks and why not as a dip for fried zucchini and eggplant.

For a more exotic taste, add a pinch or two of ginger powder.
