For this delicious dip, place both types of cream and salt in a bowl. Beat with a wire whisk.
Add the garlic powder, lemongrass, coriander, parsley and dill. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Beat again until a fluffy and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The resulting creamy dip with spices can be served with tempura vegetables, raw vegetable sticks and why not as a dip for fried zucchini and eggplant.
For a more exotic taste, add a pinch or two of ginger powder.
