How to make
Cut the avocado in half, peel it and remove the pit. Cut it into large pieces.
Wash the parsley and the spring onions, chop finely.
Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
Drain the chickpeas from the can.
Put everything in the bowl of the food processor, season with salt, lemon juice, sesame oil, black pepper, and coriander. Blend until smooth.
Season to taste if necessary.
