Ingredients

  • fresh spinach - 3.9 oz (110 g)
  • philadelphia - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • lemon juice - from 1/4 lemon or by taste

How to make

1. Wash and strain the spinach leaves well. You can also use some of the steams.

2. Put them in a blender with the olive oil, garlic and lemon juice and blend until you get a smooth paste.
