How to make
1. Wash and strain the spinach leaves well. You can also use some of the steams.
2. Put them in a blender with the olive oil, garlic and lemon juice and blend until you get a smooth paste.
3. Mix the cream cheese well with the blended spinach and garlic. You can also just add the cheese into the blender jug along with the green mixture and let it blend for a few seconds.
4. Season the delicious dip with salt and more lemon juice, if necessary.
Serve the Philadelphia spinach dip with savory crackers, toast or other savory snacks.
