How to make
Add the soda in the yogurt, which we stir so that it activates, and then we wait a few minutes.
Add the activated mixture to the flour, vanilla and salt, which we have sifted beforehand.
Knead a soft dough, which we roll out into a crust, which is about 1 cm thick.
We cut the buhti as we wish. You can use a cup or molds.
After rolling out the dough, I just cut it unevenly.
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the buhti until golden.
Take them out and arrange them on kitchen paper and then consume.
The easy buhti with sour cream are ready.
