How to make
Clean the drumsticks and arrange them in clay guvec.
Coat them well with the spices on all sides.
Peel the garlic, chop the cloves and add them to the meat.
Cut the butter into pieces and put them on the drumsticks.
Pour the beer into the guvec and close it with a lid.
Put the chicken drumsticks in the oven at about 250°C for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to about 160°C and leave them for about 3 more hours.
The baked drumsticks with beer and garlic are very tasty.
