How to make
In the jug of a powerful blender (nutribullet), pour the peeled and cut into pieces - beetroot, carrot and red apple.
Add honey (to taste) to them and a little water - at half the level of the fruit and vegetables.
Blend so that a fine puree is obtained, then pour more water (the amount is according to the desired density of the juice) and blend again.
Add the chia seeds to the finely blended juice and let it swell for about 15 minutes. Then stir and pour the wonderful healthy smoothie into glasses.
The Red Smoothie with Chia and Beetroot is also very nutritious!
Beetroot Smoothie is suitable for detox regimen or as part of dietary breakfast.
