You can make it with boiled pumpkin or steamed pumpkin - for the second option the useful substances are completely preserved.

The honey could be replaced by agave or another sweetener.

Start by preparing the healthy smoothie by grinding the flaxseed in a mortar. In this case, almond milk is used, but you can replace it with another one according to your diet.
