How to make
The cucumbers and beets are washed well, peeled and diced. Put them into a blender with a little mineral water and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
After that, add the peeled avocado and make sure to remove its seed. If necessary, add a little more mineral water.
Peel and grate the ginger root, add it to the other products, add the lemon juice (optional), blend once more and the healthy smoothie is ready.
