"An energy bomb for a wonderful start to the day - chia and banana smoothie!"

Ingredients

  • bananas - 3 pcs. (well ripened)
  • chia - 2 tsp (10 g) + for sprinkling
  • oranges - 4 pcs.
  • oat milk - 3/4 cup (150 ml) + for dilution (if necessary)
  • peanut butter - 0.4 oz (12 g)
  • honey - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • banana chips - about 6 chips

How to make

Squeeze the juice from the four oranges, peel the bananas and break them into pieces.

Put the oat milk, orange juice, bananas, honey, peanut butter and chia seeds in the blender jug.

Blend everything at medium speed for about 1-2 minutes, then increase to maximum speed and beat well for 30 seconds.

Pour the fresh smoothie into two tall glasses and serve it with slices of dried banana and sprinkle it with chia seeds.

If you leave it for a while, the chia smoothie thickens and you can consume this way or dilute it with more milk.
