How to make
Clean and boil the small potatoes in salted water, and then drain them. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry them with a little butter. Remove from the pan and fry 2 tablespoons of flour in the remaining butter.
Dilute the sauce with the milk + 1 cup of the broth from the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the potatoes with bacon and serve the dish topped with white sauce and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
