How to make
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the warmed soy milk and stir until the mixture is completely homogenized.
Pour it into a blender. Add pitted avocado, cocoa, banana, stevia and rum essence.
Blend on high speed until the ingredients are well blended. The mixture should be fluffy and light.
Pour it into dessert cups.
Garnish the chocolate cream with grated chocolate, strawberries and/or banana if desired.
The healthy avocado and dark chocolate cream is ready.
