How to make
Mix the sesame tahini with the flax flour and mix well. Add the honey while stirring continuously.
Add the cinnamon, vanilla, rum essence, raisins and cranberries.
Grind the almonds in a chopper and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Shape the gluten-free biscuits, which are then arranged in a tray covered with parchment paper.
Bake the homemade biscuits in an oven at 340°F (170°C) for 10-15 minutes and keep an eye on them at all times.
