  • water - 5 fl oz (150 ml) boiling, 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) warm

How to make

Pour the flour into a bowl, add the hot water in a thin stream and start kneading.

Add the salt, oil and remaining water.

Knead the dough for the flatbread and leave it for 30 minutes.
