How to make
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the hot water in a thin stream and start kneading.
Add the salt, oil and remaining water.
Knead the dough for the flatbread and leave it for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal sized balls, roll out each one, sprinkle with spring onions, roll them into a roll and then into a snail, sprinkle with flour and roll it out thinly again.
Fry the Chinese Spring Onion Flatbread until golden in a greased pan.
