How to make
The pork ribs are sprinkled with salt and black pepper on both sides. In a bowl, beat the oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
A clove of garlic is pressed and added to the marinade, stirring with a fork into a homogeneous mixture.
Spread the ribs generously on all sides with your hands. Put them in a bowl, cover them with cling film and leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, so that the meat absorbs the marinade.
Heat the barbecue to a moderate heat. Arrange the pork ribs on the grill and roast until the meat is cooked, turning two or three times to prevent burning.
Serve them cut into portions with an appropriate salad according to the season.
The pork ribs with balsamic vinegar and mustard are uniquely delicious.
