How to make
First, wash and slice the zucchini. Arrange them on baking paper and sprinkle them with salt. A little olive oil is drizzled on them.
In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese with the crumbled cheese. Add the crushed garlic, crushed walnuts and finely chopped dill. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add it to the mixture. Mix well.
After the zucchini are ready, fill them with the cheese mixture. Grab a slice and spread the cheese mixture on it.
It is rolled into a roll and a toothpick is stuck through it to prevent it from unrolling.
