How to make
The zucchini are cut into large pieces and boiled in salted water.
When they are ready, they are well squeezed out of the water.
Blend them along with the garlic and dill until smooth.
Add the cream cheese and dairy pate is mixed well.
Sprinkle the zucchini spread with salt to taste.
The zucchini pate with cream cheese is served garnished with olive oil on top.
