  • puff pastry - 9.7 oz (275 g)
  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • egg yolks - 1 pc.
  • milk - 1 tbsp.
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling

How to make

The chilled puff pastry is spread on the kitchen counter or table. Crumbled white cheese is evenly distributed on top.

The puff pastry sheet is folded in half and with a rolling pin, it is gently passed through the crust so that the cheese sinks into the dough.

The yolk of one egg is beaten with a tablespoon of milk and the entire sheet is smeared with it. Finally, sesame seeds are sprinkled to finish off the puff pastry bites.

Using a sharp knife (pizza knife) cut short strips.

The shaped puff pastry bites are arranged in a tray covered with baking paper and placed in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) to bake.
