How to make
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices about 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick. Use all the slices that are approximately the same in diameter.
Roll out the puff pastry, cut out 3″ (7 cm) diameter circles from it.
Smear them with butter and place a tomato slice and piece of mozzarella in each.
Sprinkle them with the finely chopped wild garlic and ham. Salt to taste.
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven on the middle element, until golden.
