  • puff pastry
  • oregano
  • grated parmesan - 2 oz (60 g)
  • for spreading
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • milk - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Open up the puff pastry and place it on a floured surface. Cut 0.6″ (1.5 cm) strips from it.

Cut each strip in half. Twist both ends and place the homemade bites in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Spread them with beaten egg yolk, milk and oil. Sprinkle them with oregano and parmesan.

Bake the quick bites in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees), until they're fully baked.

Remove the puff pastry bites from the oven, leave them to cool and serve them.
