How to cook
Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Season them with salt and black pepper. Roll them in flour and fry them. Set them aside.
Melt the butter and fry the finely chopped garlic. Add the vinegar, soy sauce and honey.
Stir over low heat.
When it starts to thicken, place the chicken pieces back into the pan and stir for a few more minutes. Remove them from the heat and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
