How to make
Remove the seeds from the dried peppers and heat them in a pan for 1 minute per side to release their flavors and oils.
Dip them in hot water for 4-5 minutes, strain and put them in a blender. You can also use a liquidizer or chopper - whatever you have.
Peel 1 clove of garlic, heat the spices in a pan until they release their aroma and add them to the peppers. Add the salt.
Pour the olive oil and blend, if necessary add more to blend more easily.
Pour it into a jar, cover with olive oil, then store it in the refrigerator.
Depending on how spicy you like it, judge the amount of chili peppers yourself, if you're really extreme you can make the sauce with only chili peppers!
The Spicy Harissa Paste is ready.
