How to make
Heat the water and dissolve the broth in it.
In the saucepan. melt the butter on the stove and add the flour and starch to it.
Fry for 1 minute and add the broth. Stir and leave it on the stove.
Beat the yolk and add the cream, lemon juice, mustard and salt. Pour them into the saucepan.
Cook the meat sauce, by stirring constantly, until it thickens and forms a thick consistency.
