How to make
In a container on the stove, combine the water, oil, salt and baking soda. Once it boils, pull it off the fire and in the boiling oil, start adding the flour, stirring vigorously and continuously. Add enough flour to obtain a moderately stiff dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out one part and put it in a greased tray. Top with stuffing made from the onion and mince (seasoned with spices) which have been fried in the butter. Put the rolled out second sheet on top.
Prick the quick meat pie with a fork along the surface and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven. Optionally, you can rub it with a little butter before baking.
