Beat the mustard with the honey well.
Add the vinegar and olive oil to them and then add the soy sauce.
If desired, you can sprinkle the sauce with black pepper. Stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Store the meat sauce in the refrigerator for several days, by keeping it in a closed jar.
If the taste is too sweet and sour for you, you can add a pinch of sugar.
The honey sauce for roasted meat is wonderful.
