How to make
Clean the vegetables for the gravy, coarsely chop them and put them in a baking pan covered with aluminum foil.
Pour them with olive oil and wine.
Season them with and wrap with aluminum foil.
Roast them for about 30-40 minutes at 200°C.
Transfer the roasted vegetables and some of the juices into a blender.
Blend until the desired consistency is obtained, by adding the juices from the roast.
Add salt, if needed and season the meat gravy with black pepper. Stir.
The Roasted Meat Gravy is very tasty.
