How to make
Once your baked meat is ready, take it out from the oven dish and wrap it well in aluminum foil. Save 2-3 tablespoons of the juice from the cooking.
Pour it into a pot and add the finely chopped onion. Cook on the stove, stirring until the onion softens. Add the flour and stir for about 5 min. or until it fries.
Pour in the wine and broth, stirring nonstop once again. Boil the sauce on high heat until it thickens.
Strain the sauce before serving it.
