Ingredients

  • pork kidneys - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cloves - 2 cloves
  • vodka - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • butter
  • dark beer
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated for sprinkling
  • parsley

How to make

Split each kidney in half, clean them from the white skins and wash them. Place them in water to soak for about 1 hour.

After cleaning the kidneys and soaking them, cut them into pieces.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, as well as the flour, and add the chopped pork kidneys. Leave them like this for about an hour.

Heat the fat in a pan and let the kidneys fry, by stirring occasionally.

This goes on until they change color and then pour the beer and let it boil for ten minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve them generously sprinkled with grated cheese and finely chopped parsley.
