How to make
Melt in a water bath the milk chocolate and add the butter, lard, raisins and hazelnuts. When everything is homogenized, remove from the heat.
Crush the biscuits finely or coarsely according to your liking and grate the orange peel on a fine grater, but just the orange part. Add them to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Fill molds for candies - silicone or special paper ones (I was worried about the paper that it would stick when separating, but it didn't and the candies come out perfectly).
If desired, you can place a whole raspberry in the middle of some candies by pouring some of the mixture, adding the fruit and covering with more mixture.
Let them cool down and store them in the refrigerator for another 20-30 minutes to harden completely.
For the Christmas decoration, melt the white chocolate with the butter in a water bath and prepare a decoration according to your imagination. You can draw shapes - snowflakes, deer antlers, bells on baking paper and leave them in the refrigerator to harden, then carefully separate and place them on the candies.
Color some of the chocolate in confectionery paint to make the decoration more beautiful. You can also drizzle the chocolate directly onto the candies.
Treat loved ones for the holiday and sense the aroma of Christmas.
Happy Holidays! The Orange Flavored Christmas Chocolates are great.
