I make these wonderful savory biscuits entirely in a blender, so I don't have to knead dough.

Nowadays, every person has such a device, because it saves a lot of time and effort.

Put the cheese, the cold butter straight from the fridge and the pitted olives into the jug of the blender. Blend for 5-6 seconds.

The yogurt is added - thick and very buttery (I use homemade buffalo). The soda has been activated in it in advance.

Add the flour and turn the device on for 10-12 seconds, after which the dough is ready. Depending on the consistency of the cheese and milk, it is possible to get a thinner dough, so in this case add a little flour. If the opposite happens - add extra yogurt.

The dough becomes smooth and does not stick.

It can be rolled out and cut into biscuits or simply torn into balls and flattened between the palms.

The savory biscuits are arranged a short distance apart on a tray lined with baking paper or greased.

Bake at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven until golden brown.
