Ingredients

  • almond flour - 1 cup
  • warm water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • chickpea flour - 1 cup
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • red pepper - 1 tsp.
  • sesame oil - 1/2 cup
  • himalayan salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

Prepare a large bowl. Pour the two types of flour and the spices and stir well to mix.

In small portions, add the sesame oil first, followed by the warm water.

Gradually knead a smooth dough. Once done, wrap it up and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Roll out the dough until you get a thin crust. Prick it in many places with a fork, then cut it into triangles.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the crackers.

Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake the crackers for about 15 minutes or until ready.

The crunchy gluten-free crackers are very successful.
