Great gluten-free pancakes, which are delicious and healthy.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a wire whisk. Add salt, soda and pour the buckwheat flour.
It is mixed into a thick mixture and water is added to the required thickness.
Keep in mind, that the buckwheat increases its volume and when it is added, pour a little at a time and then pour from the water to see how thick it is.
Heat a pan with drops of oil, pour 1 tbsp. of the mixture and form a small pancake with a diameter of 6-7 cm, which are easier to turn because they are fragile.
Turn them with a wide spatula and bake them on both sides on the 4th degree.
Quite a few are obtained and you can eat them with jam or white cheese.
