How to make
Cut the sausage into pieces, the onion, carrot, pepper and tomato into cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat the oil over medium heat in a deep frying pan. Pour the sausage, onion and carrot and fry for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the chopped pepper, tomato and garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes and add the broth and lemon juice.
Stir, bring the dish to a boil, cover it with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the chopped zucchini and season with salt and black pepper.
Stir and cook uncovered for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the stew with chopped parsley and remove it from the heat and serve it.
The summer vegetable and sausage stew is ready.
