How to make
In a deep frying pan with a lid, heat the butter with the oil. Fry the chopped shallot until translucent and add the peas.
Fry briefly, add the minced garlic cloves and a little water.
Cover with the lid, occasionally opening and stirring and adding a little water if necessary.
After about 15 minutes, add the chopped mint leaves, salt and black pepper.
Mix and serve on a warm plate with a spoonful of butter and a sprig of mint.
The peas with butter can also be served as a side dish for meat dishes as well as a warm salad.
