How to make

The puff pastry is removed from the freezer and left in the refrigerator to defrost, but not completely.

It is spread out on the table, lightly sprinkled with flour. Cut it into equal squares.

Each square is folded in half - like a triangle. Using a pizza cutter, make two cuts from the end (from the wide part).

They are unfolded and folded to the other side. Cuts are made again (see photos).

On each square, gather the edges by pinching them to form a flower.

They are arranged in a tray lined with baking paper. A cherry from the jam is placed in the middle of each one.

The puff pastries are baked at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and arrange them on a plate. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

The puff pastry flowers are ready.
