Cut 0.8″ (2 cm) rolls with a sharp knife and arrange the easy puff pastries in a tray (non-stick coating or covered with baking paper) at a distance from each other.
Bake the quick puff pastry cheese rolls in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 15 minutes, until they're fully baked.
