How to make
Soak the imperial rice in water in advance for about 1 hour. Strain it from the water, pour in a new one and boil until soft for 20-30 minutes. The cooking time of the black rice depends on how long you soaked it.
Strain and place it in a bowl, sprinkling with a pinch of salt, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and linseed oil or olive oil.
Wash the sea beans well and blanch them in boiling water for a few minutes until they are slightly soft (they should retain their color and be slightly crunchy, so don't boil them for long).
Do not put salt in the water! The sea beans contain enough salt, keep that in mind, that's why we put very little in the rice itself.
Strain the sea beans and add them to the bowl with the other ingredients. Squeeze the juice of one lemon, mix and serve.
It's delicious!
