  • beans - 26.5 oz (750 g) fresh
  • onions - 1
  • rice - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper
  • dill
  • salt - to taste
  • yogurt - 1 1/2 cups
  • garlic - 10 - 15 cloves

How to make

Cut the broad beans into pieces and stew them in oil with the finely chopped onion and paprika. Pour hot water to cover them, add salt and boil on low heat until soft.

Add the rice. Boil for another ten minutes, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped dill. Serve with crushed garlic mixed with yogurt.
