How to make
Wash the vegetables. In a large pan, pour oil and fry the diced peppers and the carrot cut into circles.
Once the vegetables have softened, add the mushrooms and meat. Add the diced zucchini. Season with salt and black pepper.
As soon as the meat and vegetables are ready, add the chopped spring onions and fry for another minute. Remove them from the heat. Boil the noodles in hot water for 3 minutes. Strain and cover them with cold water.
Pour the rice noodles into a pan with a little oil and fry briefly. Serve the noodles by placing the fillet with the vegetables on them. Sprinkle with parsley.
