How to make
First clean the chicken livers, then wash them well.
Pour water, vinegar and salt into a deep vessel and mix.
Put the livers in the mixture and leave them for 1 hour.
This way, the livers become even more tender.
After they are ready, strain, add salt and black pepper, add a little oil and mix well.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the breadcrumbs and roll the livers in them.
Set the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes and turn them over on the sixth and leave them for another 4 minutes.
