  • macaroni - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • parmesan - 7 oz (200 g) grated
  • for the sauce
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sour cream - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

The macaroni are boiled in water and they are strained. Chop the onion and garlic. They are stewed in oil and when they soften, the chopped mushrooms are added to them.

Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes on low heat and add the diced ham. Remove the pan from the heat and add the beaten eggs and cream.

Place them back onto heat and stir, so that the sauce thickens. When this is done, it is removed from the stove. The macaroni is poured with it and they are mixed. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
